Pork Meatball Subs

whenever we go to subway for a meal, i always wanna get the meatball sub. but i always end up gettin one of the more healthier options. but sometimes ya just gotta cave and get what ya want.

but i wanted these to be different instead of the normal beef meatballs. and weve already had Jessica's chicken meatball hoagies before (which are super yummy). so my only option left was pork (i know theres also turkey, but i classify that is my "ground beef" most of the time). weve used ground pork in other stuff and it gave a pretty good flavor. and ground pork is pretty cheap to get. im on a budget people!

Pork Meatball Subs
makes 6

Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork meat
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp italian seasoning
flour
15 oz jar of spaghetti or tomato sauce (i used ragu)
6 hoagie buns
shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Mix ground pork, bread crumbs, egg, and italian seasoning together. Form into 9 meatballs, coat with flour, and place on a baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 mins or until cooked.

2. Warm up sauce in a pot. When meatballs are done, place them in the sauce and cook for another 10 mins on low heat so the meatballs can get all saucy.

3. Half the meatballs and place on the hoagie bun. Top with extra sauce and mozzarella cheese. And enjoy! :)
