Oreo Brownie Cupcakes

yall, i am not a sweets maker. im a sweets buyer. and eater. i leave the sweets making to my mom and sister.

but for girls night this month i wanted to make something fun. but as i looked through pinterest, i couldnt find anything that was easy enough to make that i really wanted. so i decided to just combine a few together. my only rule was nothing from scratch.

and thats how the oreo brownie cupakes came to life!

Oreo Brownie Cupcakes
makes 12-14

Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix
1 package Oreo
1 cookies and cream icing

Directions:

1.Make brownie mix as directed.

2. Place one oreo in the bottom of each cupcake papers. Fill rest with brownie. (i used about half a scoop of a large ice cream scoop). Bake for 30 mins.

3. Remove and let cool. Once cool to the touch, ice the brownie cupcakes.

5. Remove from cupcake paper, add a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
